 FRASC Co-ordinator

Liaise with committee & school to create and update FRASC calendar of events. Liaise with Mr Huckerby to ensure FRASC Calendar works smoothly alongside School calendar. Attend P&C meetings. Oversee all FRASC events and debrief processes with committee to ensure ongoing profitability and success. Conduct risk assessments for all events. Volunteer as needed.

 FRASC Secretary

Write and distribute minutes. Help recruit class parents. Help with creation of FRASC Calendar of events. Generate notes/reminders for events and communicate with all FRASC committee. Disseminate information to class parents when required and on request.


Manage the FRASC bank accounts, present financial reports to P & C and FRASC meetings, transfer funds to P&C. For events: organise floats, bank takings, establish best method of receiving funds for events ie: Trybooking.

 Bulletin Submissions

Gather and submit FRASC information for the school bulletin bi-weekly.

School Event Catering Co-ordinator (Years 3-6)

Arrange with class parents catering requirements for nominated events throughout the year. Athletics Carnival and Open Day to name a couple.

 School Event Catering Co-ordinator (Years K-2)

Arrange with class parents catering for Grandparent's Day, Kindy Orientation Mornings & Evenings, K-2 Xmas concert and K-2 parties.

 Cake Day Co-ordinator

Liaise with class parents to arrange each term's cake day (previous notes provided) and arrange reminder note and promotion in The Bulletin.

 Hire Service Co-ordinator

Promote the hire service through the bulletin and keep track of bookings and condition of equipment. Perform yearly stocktake and maintain record.

 Co-ordinators of individual Fundraisers

For example: Movie Night, Entertainment Books, Chocolate Drive. Filter through fundraising ideas and plan which fundraisers to hold, working with class parent volunteers.

General Committee Members

Attend FRASC meetings when able and share and contribute your ideas.


Support your child's class through the year by being the liaison to FRASC , class teachers and the class families. Distribute information that is provided to you about up and coming events to your class.
